禪修,靜坐對一個人的身心有莫大的幫助。

尤其是生活繁忙緊張的都市人,禪修靜坐不但可以讓心安下來,還可以讓思緒更清晰,提高警覺心。

可是,真正要靜靜坐下來,還不容易。

所以禪修日記可以紀錄禪修的用功,希望藉此可以鼓勵大家繼續努力用功。

禪修日記設有一個倒數鐘。用戶可以選擇已經設定好的時間,再按「開始」按鈕。禪修日記會先倒數十秒,讓大家先慢慢進入禪修的狀態。十秒後,一聲引磬意味禪修的開始。

當時間倒數到零秒時,再一聲引磬意味禪修的結束。這一份用功即刻被紀錄在日記內。

希望禪修日記可以幫助大家精進,用功禪修。

Meditation Diary is a simple app that help you to track your improvement in meditation practice.
You can choose a time you would like to meditate (at least 10 minutes), and click the start button.
You will be given 10 seconds to calm your mind down, adjust your sitting position before meditate.

Each meditation session will be recorded and you will be able to view the total time you have meditated, and motivate you to  meditate for a longer period.
